Game made for the MelonJam 5 ๐Ÿˆ

It's possible that on some small screens/low resolutions the graphics overlap, it can be solve lowering the zoom of your browser.

HOW TO PLAY

It's very simple, you have to click all the toggle switches with the sad face on screen in less than 60 seconds...  ONLY ONE CLICK PER SWITCH!

If you click them again when they are toggled with a happy face they will revert to their original state and you will LOSE ALL YOUR CURRENT COMBO POINTS!!! (Also 5 seconds of focus )

The smaller switches with the arrow pointing UP will double your current combo points (Supersecret note from the dev: You can smash these switches back and forth until they dissapear to rack HUGE x2 stacks!!! Make that sweet ding ding ding sound as the numbers grow to the moooon )

The orange switches with the + icon will add 5 extra seconds of focus (up to 60 max )

Once you clear the level you should make a decission of saving your points or continue  to gamble them

Can you beat my  score (check the third image -->)  ???


ABOUT THE FLOW THEME

My take on the flow theme is based upon the flow theory (or "optimal experience theory") proposed by Michael Cs..., Michael Csiks...  THIS PERSON  and the visual association of the toggle switch / 'Do not disturb' usually used to remain focused when we work on complex tasks.

I wanted the gameplay to benefit too from the flow/effortless state so I tried to applied a good balance between  reducing frictions but keeping a good level of challenge (I think the risk management aspect works well to keep the engagement high)

Also...  Is it  easier to remain in a flow/focused when something is at stake??

Try to spot the differences on how you play when you can lose a big stack of points vs when you have nothing to lose... It's interesting :)

It was really fun and like an aim trainer (im a pro trust me). It was a little frustrating that the overlap and where i am clicking doesnt click the right one, even when i have the majority of my cursor on one and not the other. Other than that, fun.
